The Motherboard is the larger of the two fillet board models by Easy Board Fillet made of High Density Polyethylene.
This board makes it possible to get two even fish fillets in two easy steps and is also large enough to process other foods such as whole hind quarters of game.

The Mother Board consists of a 20"W x 24"L and 1/4" thick base board (typical to have a crown), 20" measuring scale, gill bracket and two 3/8" upper boards that measure 9"W x 24"L.

• First, using the base board open a gill and slip it under the gill bracket to hold the fish in place while cutting your first fillet.

• Second, flip the fish over onto the upper boards with the spine facing you and cut your second fillet. This method is intended to level the fish to get a second even fillet with minimal waste.

The upper boards also act as extra cutting boards which make this set a complete cutting board system for all your needs.
